Finding a space that will accept a brewery is often difficult. Industrial spaces tend to work best, but you still need to confirm with both neighbors and the township to make sure you will be welcome.
We finally settled on a location last April. Since then we’ve been all hands on deck constructing our space. We’re still a little less than halfway there, but as you can see things are finally starting to come together.
So far we’ve dug up the floor, installed trench drains, finished the floors, and starting prepping the walls.
Even build out is a collaborative effort. We’ve got plenty of neighbors and friends to help us tackle all the jobs. But there’s still much to be done. As we push towards the finish line we’ll be putting up walls, making a bar, constructing bathrooms, and adding in all the finishing touches. Look for another update on progress soon.
